Direct Debt Line is a registered charity providing advice and support for anyone in financial difficulty. The service is always free to clients, confidential and independent. We can:
- Give you support until the problem is resolved
- Help you manage your finances
- Explain your rights
- Contact your creditors on your behalf
- Advise you on state benefits

The services we offer are:
Casework and Client Support
We can contact your creditors on your behalf and arrange for you to make reduced payments that you can afford. Or we can prepare paperwork for you to send to creditors yourself.
Advice and Information
We can explain and help you deal with Bankruptcy, IVA's, CCJ's, Court Procedures, Bailiffs, Repossession, Eviction and other debt related issues.
Currently DDL is reviewing its advice services and is only able to offer advice to clients who have been referred to us by their Housing Association. You may, however, find some of the following links useful:
